We may make changes to the "Terms of Use" at any time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately when we post a revised version of the Terms on the Site. The "Last Updated” date above will tell you when the Terms were last revised. By continuing to use this Site after that date, you agree to the changes.

A Service fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

All Sales are FINAL

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

A valid photo ID must be presented at the door by the person in whose name the ticket was issued

A printout of the ticket issued by TheTicketWorld.com should be produced at the venue

If the event attendee is different from the credit card holder, a copy of the credit card used for ticket purchase must be produced along with the ticket

Any failure in providing the above mentioned documents may result in denial of admission to the event with no refund

In case of an event being cancelled, TheTicketWorld will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the service fee

We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
